Luna Bleu Beads offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service ("Terms, Terms and Conditions" apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service/Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service/Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services at any time, or under any circumstances. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
When you place an order at Luna Bleu Beads, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
To ensure that your bracelet arrives as you expect we ask that you confirm your delivery address and personalisation steps at the checkout.
If you are unhappy with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should contact our Customer Service team before placing an order with us by emailing email@example.com or by post. Address can be given upon request.
By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to Luna Bleu Beads to purchase the goods outlined in your order upon the terms described. When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, phone number, address, credit/debit card or Paypal details. This information is required in order to process your request or inform you of acceptance of your order. A contact phone number is needed so that we can get in touch with you if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you inform us otherwise, provide our couriers with your contact phone number in case they need to reach you to arrange the delivery of your order, it is only in this instance that we will pass on any of your contact information.
After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received and accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.
Please note, that we will not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:
If the product you ordered is out of stock.
We are unable to authorise your payment.
If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error.
If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control including hazardous weather and accidents as an example.
Should there be an issue with your order, a member of our Customer Services team will contact you either by telephone or email, or where appropriate Instagram direct message. Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order.
Luna Bleu Beads reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any point. Please note, that whilst we will make every effort and reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from the Luna Bleu Beads website.
International delivery is available on all purchases. Chargeable delivery is charged in accordance with the destination address of the order and the type of postage you require.
Website product pricing and descriptions
We undertake all reasonable care to ensure that all the details, prices and descriptions of products on our website are accurate at the time when they are either entered into our system or printed. Whilst we endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date and accurate as is possible, there may be very rare occasions when the information on the website (including product descriptions) at a certain time may not reflect the position exactly at the point an order is placed. We do not give any warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information and cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information. Please note, that we are unable to confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in line with our order acceptance conditions. Please also note that as computer monitors/screens vary in nature and resolution, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's representation of any colour will be completely accurate.
Please note that discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. In the unlikelihood of this happening, the damaged item must be reported to Luna Bleu Beads within 72 hours. Any item that is damaged and not reported within 72 hours of receiving the order, will not be replaced for free and a charge will be applied. Faulty goods, return postage is at the cost of the buyer at all times. In regards to all of the bracelets/jewellery, we strongly recommend that you follow the aftercare instructions, which can be found on our aftercare page to reduce the likelihood of tarnishing. If it is assumed/believed that incorrect aftercare has been followed at any time after purchase no exchanges or refunds will be made under any circumstances. If an item becomes damaged in any way or tarnished after 14 days after purchase, and you wish to repair/exchange/replace your bracelet, you will be charged the full, original price to purchase a new one/replace the existing one. No refunds will be given under any circumstances due to the nature of the product - they are bespoke, personalised and handmade to order.
Tarnish Free Goods
"Tarnish Free" - if an item is sold as tarnish free from Luna Bleu Beads, it is the finest quality 18k/24K Gold Plated beads that can be sourced. After many years of trial and error, I have personally found these beads to be the most long lasting, and best quality, they are widely sold and advertised as tarnish free in the wholesales market. However, please be cautious and continue to follow the aftercare section of my website to ensure that these beads remain 'Tarnish Free' for as long as possible. The incorrect aftercare may still cause tarnishing issues so it is very important that aftercare is still followed regardless of whether the beads are tarnish free or not.
Damaged, or lost orders once shipped -
All items are shipped using Royal Mail. There are a number of different postage options available currently: Royal Mail 1st Signed For, Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, and Royal Mail International Tracked (for worldwide orders) please select the option you prefer/that is suitable for you at checkout. The services are either signed for/tracked which means a signature will be required upon delivery and tracking numbers can be provided by Luna Bleu Beads upon request. Once shipped the order is no longer our responsibility, and we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged, or lost orders once shipped. Once proof of postage or a tracking number is provided, you can contact Royal Mail regarding any queries of the whereabouts of your order, or if in the unlikelihood it becomes lost or damaged, a claim can be raised with Royal Mail. No refunds, or replacements will be given in the event of a missing/damaged/lost orders if Royal Mail are at fault.

Discount cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers
Discount cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Once your order has been placed, you are not able to cancel it or make any changes. Please refer to the above section under 'Orders' for details on returning your order. No refunds/returns under any circumstances due to the nature of the products-handmade to order, bespoke and personalised. Luna Bleu Beads reserves the right to cancel an order if any terms or conditions have been broken this includes giveaways and discount promotions.
Extent of Liability
Any worries regarding components should be investigated immediately and the product should not be worn until safety is confirmed by Luna Bleu Beads. In the instance of a product being faulty, Luna Bleu Beads will endeavour to compensate you for the failed parts.
Luna Bleu Beads is not responsible for any harm, injury or death caused to yourself or any third parties when using products of Luna Bleu Beads. Jewellery created by Luna Bleu Beads should not be worn by any child under the age of 3 years of age, due to the nature of the products. They are small beads and could be a choking hazard. It is the responsibility of the parent/carer of any child over the age of 3 years to supervise, and make a judgement on whether their child is at an appropriate age to wear the bracelet without being at risk.
Errors, inaccuracies or omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.
