TURNAROUND/DELIVERY NOTICE

Please note I am currently working fewer hours due to having my little boy. If you place an order at this time please ensure you leave a note with your desired/required arrival time for your bracelet. If I am unable to carry out your request, requested in the notes section at the time of your order, you will be refunded. If you do not leave a note during checkout with your arrival time request, you will be added to my diary for when I have availability. dates/estimated delivery times can always be found in the shop section of my website and also during the checkout page. If you need something sooner than the delivery times shown, pop me a message because I will always help if I can :)

Honestly, options are unlimited. I can source whichever Crystal, Charm, Lettering or create any colour way that you'd like. The reason I started Luna Bleu Beads was to create meaningful, bespoke and handcrafted pieces that are totally unique, so it's important to me that we get it right and create something you love. If you would prefer options that aren't available on my website, drop me a message via Instagram or contact me here, and I will try my best to help. At the moment the options I have that are widely available are listed on the "Shop" section of my website where you can personalise and create a bracelet design that you love, or you can find out more on the Crystal Guide

If you can't see a design you love, or the type of thing you were looking for, send me a message via Instagram or email, you can find ways to contact me here, I'd love to hear from you and help you create a unique, bespoke, meaningful piece you're in love with.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the jewellery, and because they are bespoke and personalised, orders are non returnable/refundable. Read more on terms and conditions here.

At Luna Bleu Beads, I pride myself on creating the best! This includes the quality of your jewellery. In the unlikelihood that an item arrives with you damaged or faulty, I will get this right for you once the item has been returned and inspected.

 

Please ensure that you inspect your order immediately upon its arrival to ensure that there are no issues with the bracelet, and contact me immediately if there is an issue, so that I can get amend the issue for you.

-Returns postage isn't covered by Luna Bleu Beads.   

-Refunds are not given under any circumstances, where necessary a replacement will be provided. 

- I am unable to accept returns on damaged/faulty jewellery that are over 14 days since it has arrived with you.

- I am unable to accept returns on damaged items that have been worn, or that are damaged due to incorrect aftercare. Please see my aftercare page to ensure that you get the best possible lifespan from your bracelets.

The prices shown on the shop area of my website include unlimited personalisation, letters, and charms. There are no hidden fees or extras. You can have as much or as little as you'd like for the same price. However I recommend up to 10 letters per adult bracelet before it can look 'too much' and you wouldn't have many crystals on there, or 6/7 letters per child bracelet depending on their age/size.

Unfortunately not. Once your order has been placed you cannot alter/change your design. So it is very important that you are happy with your design and that all details are correct before you place your order.

Yes! You have an option at checkout to select if your jewellery is a gift, and add a note. Any items that are marked as a gift will not include any sales note.
